Director, Regional Institute for Population Studies
The Director is responsible for providing leadership to the Institute and for maintaining and promoting efficiency and good order per the policies and procedures prescribed by the University Act and Statutes, or as may be determined by the Council, the Academic Board and the Institute’s Management Committee. The Director is to ensure that the approved programmes and functions of the Institute are duly carried out by members of the Institute. The Director is also responsible for the general administration of the Institute in respect of human, financial and material resources within the general framework of University policy.Â

Appointment of Registrar
The Registrar, who is the Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the University under the Vice-Chancellor and in accordance with policy directives of the University Council. The Registrar is also the secretary to the University
Council and the Academic Board. S/he provides strategic advice and briefings to the Vice-Chancellor and is expected to provide leadership and management across a wide-range of activities. The University Librarian
The University Librarian is a member of the University Management Committee. He/she will be required to provide both academic and administrative leadership to staff in the University Library. The Librarian implements the decisions of the Library Board and ensures that the libraries and the information communication materials of the University are managed in accordance with the rules and regulations approved by the academic board. The Director of Finance
